Hosting & Website Delivery

Our website is hosted and delivered via Netlify, Inc., 101 2nd Street, San Francisco, CA 94105, USA.

When you access the website, technically necessary data may be processed. This may include, in particular, your IP address, date and time of access, requested page or file, browser and device information, and referrer information.

This processing is carried out for the purposes of:

• providing and securely delivering the website
• ensuring stability and functionality
• detecting and preventing misuse or attacks
• analysing technical errors

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR - our legitimate interest in operating a secure and reliable website.

Technical log data is processed only for as long as necessary for website operation, security and troubleshooting.

Contact Forms / Netlify Forms

We use Netlify Forms for contact and project enquiries.

When you submit a form, the information you provide is processed through Netlify and transmitted to PERBRA for the purpose of handling your enquiry. Form submission data may also be stored within Netlify's systems.

The data is processed exclusively for:

• responding to your enquiry
• contacting you and conducting subsequent communication
• preparing potential business or project relationships
• documenting relevant communication

As part of form processing, Netlify may use technical measures and service providers for spam and abuse prevention.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication relates to pre-contractual measures, and Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in processing enquiries efficiently and securely.

Form data will be deleted once it is no longer required for processing and documenting the respective enquiry, unless statutory or legitimate retention requirements apply.

Contact by Email or WhatsApp

If you contact us by email or WhatsApp, we process the information you provide solely for the purpose of responding to your enquiry and managing the related communication.

Legal basis: Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR where the communication relates to pre-contractual measures and/or Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR based on our legitimate interest in efficient communication.

For communication via WhatsApp, we use the WhatsApp service. For users within the European Economic Area, the service is provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, Merrion Road, Dublin 4, D04 X2K5, Ireland.

When using WhatsApp, personal data may also be processed internationally by WhatsApp and affiliated companies.

Google Calendar & Google Meet

For convenient appointment scheduling, we use functions provided by Google Calendar and Google Meet.

The Google appointment booking function is loaded only after deliberate activation by the user. In this context, technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, and information relating to the use of the embedded function may be transmitted to Google.

When booking an appointment, the information you provide, in particular your contact details and requested appointment time, is processed via Google Calendar. A Google Meet access link may subsequently be provided for scheduled online meetings.

When Google Meet is used, Google processes the data required to provide and conduct the video conference.

For users within the European Economic Area, the provider is Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland.

Where consent is required, the embedded Google function is loaded on the basis of your consent pursuant to Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR. The information provided for appointment scheduling is processed for the purpose of arranging the appointment requested by you pursuant to Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR.

Google Analytics 4 & Cookies

We use Google Analytics 4 to evaluate and optimise our website. The service loads when a page is opened and is provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland. Processing by affiliated Google companies outside the European Economic Area cannot be excluded.

Data processed may include page views, sessions, approximate location, and browser and device information. Form contents, email addresses, telephone numbers and the destination addresses of clicked links are not transmitted to Google Analytics. Google Analytics may store pseudonymous identifiers in cookies such as _ga to distinguish users and sessions; according to Google, IP addresses are discarded before they are logged.

Advertising features, Google Signals and personalised advertising are disabled; PERBRA uses aggregated reports only. Where the GDPR applies and no overriding consent requirement exists, processing is based on Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR—our legitimate interest in analysing and improving the website.

Recipients & International Data Transfers

Personal data is disclosed to service providers or other recipients only where this is necessary for the operation of our website, the processing of enquiries, or the provision of functions requested by you.

These recipients may include, in particular:

• Netlify for website hosting and form processing
• Google for appointment scheduling and Google Meet
• WhatsApp when you choose to contact us via WhatsApp

Certain service providers may process personal data outside the European Union or the European Economic Area.

Where the GDPR applies, such transfers are carried out on the basis of the legally recognised transfer mechanisms available for this purpose, including recognised adequacy mechanisms such as the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or appropriate contractual safeguards such as the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses.

Your Rights

Subject to the applicable legal requirements, you may have, in particular, the right to:

• request the correction of inaccurate data

Requirement to Provide Data

However, certain technical data is required in order to make the website available. Without the information necessary for a contact or appointment request, we may be unable to process the respective enquiry or arrange an appointment.

Data transmitted between your browser and our website is encrypted.

However, complete security of data transmission over the internet cannot be guaranteed.
